What plans are available?
Basic @$19/m =25 SMS alerts per month
Core @$29/m =100 SMS alerts per month
Premium @$49/m =300 SMS alerts per month

What type of security camera does Woltpro work with?
Woltpro requires either a solar or wired security camera that can send email alerts. And best results come from cameras with reliable person or vehicle detection otherwise you will get a lot of false alerts.

What if you don't have a security camera?
We recommend the Reolink Argus PT Ultra. It is a 4K solar/battery camera with pan & tilt, spotlights, person/vehicle detection, and email alert support. Best for homes and locations with reliable Wi-Fi. Visit their website

What happens after I sign up?
After you signup, you will instantly receive your personal Woltpro alert email address by SMS. You add that email address in your camera’s app email alert settings.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Woltpro is a monthly subscription and can be cancelled through your customer account.

What happens if I reach my monthly SMS alert limit?
Normal alert SMS messages pause until your allowance resets. You will receive a limit notice and can request an upgrade.

When does my alert limit reset?
Your SMS alert allowance resets monthly.
