Cancellation policy
Woltpro subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting Woltpro support.
Cancellation stops future billing. Amounts already paid for the current billing period are generally not refunded unless required by law or agreed by Woltpro.
If your subscription is cancelled, Woltpro SMS alert forwarding may stop at the end of the current billing period.
Woltpro is not an emergency service and does not replace police, fire, ambulance, or professional security monitoring.
